We are pleased to introduce Allen Wazny, an experienced financial executive from Canada, who will lead our group of companies under the Neo Project structure.

Allen has more than 30 years of international experience in the mining, oil and gas, and energy industries. Kazakhstan is not a new country for him: he previously served as an audit partner at Deloitte Kazakhstan in Almaty, where he led the energy industry group. Additionally, he held the position of CFO at Qatar Solar Technologies, reflecting his deep understanding of the renewable energy sector.

Allen brings extensive international expertise to Bass Gold and our entire group of companies, spanning Canada, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey, and Ukraine. He will be responsible for: Developing corporate governance standards across the group, leading development strategy, overseeing capital management.
